Wallet / Credit Policy

This Wallet / Credit Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the prepaid wallet facility ("Wallet") available on:

• https://www.goldenverdict.com
• Golden Verdict dashboard and related services

By using the Wallet, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

The Wallet is a closed-loop prepaid credit system intended solely for purchasing services offered by Golden Verdict.

The Wallet is designed as an internal payment mechanism. It is not a Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) under the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India and cannot be used outside the Golden Verdict platform.

To use the Wallet, you must:

• Have a registered Golden Verdict account
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information

5.1 Adding Funds

You may add funds to your Wallet using:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Debit / Credit Cards
• Net Banking
• Other supported payment methods via Razorpay

5.2 Top-Up Conditions

• Funds are credited after successful payment confirmation
• Golden Verdict is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks

5.3 Minimum / Maximum Limits

Golden Verdict reserves the right to set minimum or maximum top-up limits and modify such limits at any time.

Wallet balance can be used only for:

• Purchasing services offered on the platform
• Paying for consultations, filings, or subscriptions

All wallet top-ups are:

Refunds of wallet top-ups may be considered only if:

• A duplicate payment was made
• Payment was debited but the wallet was not credited
• A transaction failure occurred due to a verified technical error

All such requests are subject to verification and approval by Golden Verdict.

• Wallet balance is deducted at the time of service purchase
• Once deducted, the transaction is considered final
• Refunds for service payments are governed by our Refund Policy

Golden Verdict reserves the right to introduce an expiry period for unused wallet balance. Users will be notified in advance before any such expiry policy is enforced.

In case of a failed wallet top-up transaction:

• The amount may be temporarily debited from your bank account
• Reversal will be processed by the payment gateway or your bank
• Timelines for reversal depend on the bank or payment gateway

Golden Verdict reserves the right to:

• Suspend or block wallet access
• Reverse transactions
• Freeze accounts

• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Unauthorized use is detected
• These Terms or this Policy are violated

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

If your Golden Verdict account is suspended or terminated:

Golden Verdict may, at its discretion:

• Modify wallet functionality or features
• Introduce charges or processing fees (with prior notice)
• Discontinue the wallet service entirely

Reasonable notice will be provided to users before any material changes take effect.

Golden Verdict shall not be liable for:

• Loss of wallet balance due to user negligence or compromised credentials
• Payment failures or delays caused by third-party banks or gateways
• Unauthorized transactions resulting from failure to secure account access

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Policy.
