This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made for services offered by Golden Verdict through:

By purchasing any service, you agree to this Policy.
General Principle
Golden Verdict provides professional and time-bound services. Therefore, payments made for services are generally non-refundable, except under limited circumstances outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service has not been initiated
- A duplicate payment was made
- Payment was made due to a technical error
- Golden Verdict is unable to deliver the service
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.
Wallet Top-Ups
Note: The Golden Verdict Wallet is a prepaid credit facility used only for services on the platform. Topped-up balance is non-refundable once credited.
4.1 Non-Refundable Nature
Once a Wallet top-up is successfully completed and funds are credited to your account, the amount is strictly non-refundable. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, transferred to another user, or converted to cash for any reason, including change of mind, account closure, or discontinuation of services.
4.2 Exceptions — Failed Top-Up Transactions
If a payment is deducted from your bank account or card but the Wallet balance is not credited (i.e., the top-up fails due to a gateway or technical error), the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days. If the refund is not received within this period, please contact us at support@goldenverdict.com with your payment reference number.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
5.1 Service Initiation
Once any of the following has occurred, the service is considered initiated and non-refundable:
- Work has started
- Documents have been reviewed
- Consultation has been provided
5.2 Change of Mind
- User no longer requires the service
- User decides to discontinue midway
5.3 Government & Third-Party Fees
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- MCA fees
- Stamp duty
- Filing charges
- Professional fees paid to third parties
5.4 Delays Beyond Control
No refund for delays caused by:
- Government authorities
- Regulatory approvals
- Incomplete or incorrect user information
5.5 Rejection by Authorities
If an application is rejected due to incorrect documents, non-compliance, or eligibility issues — no refund shall be provided.
5.6 Wallet Balance
Topped-up Wallet balance is non-refundable once credited to the account. See Section 04 for full details.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if a service is discontinued before completion, after deducting:
- Work already completed
- Consultation provided
- Administrative costs
Cancellation Policy
Before Service Initiation
- Cancellation requests may be accepted
- Eligible for refund as per Section 3
After Service Initiation
- Cancellation may be allowed
- No refund will be applicable
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at support@goldenverdict.com and include:
- Your full name
- Registered email / phone number
- Service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
Refund Timeline
Business Days
Approved refunds will be processed and credited via the original payment method.
Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed transaction where payment is deducted but the service order or Wallet credit is not confirmed:
- The amount will be automatically reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days as per the payment gateway's policy
- For Wallet top-ups specifically, if the amount is deducted but not credited, please wait 24 hours before contacting support — most reversals are automatic
- For service payments where the order fails after deduction, the amount will be refunded without requiring a formal refund request
If you do not receive the reversal within the stated timeline, contact us at support@goldenverdict.com with your payment reference number and bank statement.
Payment Disputes
Users agree:
- Not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first
- To allow reasonable time for resolution
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action if necessary.
Modifications to Policy
Golden Verdict reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
