These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

• Golden Verdict platform, including dashboard, services, and related tools

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

• "Company" / "We" / "Us" refers to Golden Verdict
• "User" / "You" refers to any person accessing or using the platform
• "Services" refers to legal, tax, compliance, and advisory services
• "Platform" includes website, dashboard, and digital systems
• "Wallet" refers to the prepaid internal credit system on the platform, used exclusively for availing services on Golden Verdict

By using the platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• Information provided by you is accurate and complete

Golden Verdict provides:

• Legal and compliance support
• Business registrations and filings
• Tax-related assistance
• Consultation and advisory services

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Provide accurate and updated information
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

You agree:

• Not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Not to misuse the platform for illegal purposes
• To provide accurate documents and data
• To cooperate during service execution

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted content.

• Users may upload documents through the dashboard
• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant us a limited right to use it for service delivery
• We are not responsible for errors caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you

8.1 Nature of the Wallet

The Golden Verdict Wallet is an internal, prepaid digital credit facility available to registered customers. It is not a payment instrument, bank account, or financial product regulated under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 or any other financial regulation. The Wallet exists solely for the purpose of facilitating service payments within the Golden Verdict platform.

8.2 Wallet Top-Up

Users may add funds to their Wallet using available payment methods (including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay). All top-up amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). The minimum and maximum top-up amounts may be determined by Golden Verdict from time to time. Wallet top-ups are processed in real time; in the event of a payment failure or deduction without credit, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days as per the payment gateway's timeline.

8.3 Non-Refundable Nature

Once a Wallet top-up is successfully completed and credited to the account, the balance is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, transferred to another user, or converted to cash under any circumstances.

8.4 Use of Wallet Balance

Wallet balance may only be used to pay for services listed on the Golden Verdict platform. It cannot be used for external transactions, purchases, or any purpose outside the platform. Golden Verdict reserves the right to restrict Wallet usage for specific services at its discretion.

8.5 Expiry of Wallet Balance

Wallet balance does not expire as long as the account remains active and compliant with these Terms. However, Golden Verdict reserves the right to implement an expiry policy upon reasonable advance notice to users.

8.6 Fraud, Misuse & Security

Golden Verdict reserves the right to freeze or terminate a Wallet account if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, the outstanding balance may be forfeited without notice or liability to Golden Verdict. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

• Services are provided on a paid basis unless stated otherwise
• Fees may vary depending on the service
• Government fees, third-party charges, and taxes are additional unless specified
• Payments once made are subject to our Refund Policy

Timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

• Government authorities
• Third-party dependencies
• Incomplete user information

We are not liable for such delays.

Golden Verdict does not guarantee outcomes, including:

• Approval of registrations
• Government clearances
• Legal or tax results

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

We may engage:

• Lawyers
• Chartered Accountants
• Consultants
• Technology providers

We are not liable for independent actions or advice of third-party professionals.

All platform content including branding, logo, website design, and content materials are owned by Golden Verdict. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Verdict shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business
• Errors due to incorrect user data
• Delays caused by authorities or third parties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Verdict from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Submission of false or illegal data

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected, or if required by law. You may also discontinue use at any time.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Technical failures
• Network disruptions

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For complaints or concerns:

We aim to resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Verdict regarding use of the platform.

By using our platform, you:

• Agree to these Terms
• Acknowledge understanding of your rights and obligations
• Acknowledge that Wallet balance is non-refundable and governed by our Wallet / Credit Policy
• Confirm that you have read and understood the Wallet System terms set out in Section 08 of these Terms
